Depriving-the-poor-so-they-will-work mentality

We have to move out from the industrial revolution mentality and consider anything and everything as a valued participation to the economy such as raising kids. A basic income for ALL is financially feasible and would create a smarter incentive to do something rather than keeping people at a level that is paralysing while we allow real estate speculation to go on as if it did not affect people ability to even have a roof.
